The invention discloses an inner expansion type automatic wire roll hanging appliance and belongs to a hanging device for hoisting. The inner expansion type automatic wire roll hanging appliance is especially used for hoisting of vertical wire rolls. The inner expansion type automatic wire roll hanging appliance is composed of a lifting rod 8, positioning shafts 6, a connecting rod 14, a movable sliding block 5 and an expansion tile 2, wherein the expansion tile 2 is located at the lower end of the movable sliding block 5; the lifting rod 8 is connected with the connecting rod 14 through a pin shaft 15; the connecting rod 14 is connected with the movable sliding block 5 through a pin shaft 15; the positioning shafts 6 penetrate through a hole in the upper portion of the movable sliding block 5 and can move relatively; one ends of at least two of the positioning shafts 6 are fixedly installed on a guide sleeve 7; the lifting rod 8 penetrates through the guide sleeve 7 and can move vertically. When in use, the hanging appliance is put into an inner hole of the wire roll, the lifting rod 8 of the hanging appliance is lifted up to move upwards, a connecting mechanism drives the movable sliding block 5 to transversely move in the positioning shafts 6 to drive the expansion tile 2 to expand outwards, and when the friction force of the two surfaces is larger than the weight of the wire roll, the wire roll is lifted up. The inner expansion type automatic wire roll hanging appliance can directly hang wire rolls stacked together, the manual hooking operation is avoided, and operation efficiency is improved.
