The invention discloses an integrated pulley anchorage compensation device with the braking function. The device comprises a fixed vertical rod, an inclined vertical plate is arranged on the fixed vertical rod, a brake rope fixing plate is arranged on the inclined vertical plate, clamping plates are arranged on the two sides of the inclined vertical plate, a combined pulley is fixed to the two clamping plates and is composed of a large wheel and small wheels in an integrated mode, the small wheels are arranged on the two sides of the large wheel, a fall block is arranged beside the combined pulley, and a brake rope, a suspension rope and a pull rope are wound on the combined pulley. The integrated pulley anchorage compensation device with the braking function is easy to install, convenient to debug, high in braking success rate and more reliable in braking, and eliminates the pulley eccentric wear phenomenon of the pulley, and the service life of the compensation device is prolonged.
