The invention relates to a hydraulic auxiliary driving system and an engineering machine vehicle. The hydraulic auxiliary driving system is applied to the vehicle, and comprises a hydraulic motor, a hydraulic pump, a switching valve and a controller. The hydraulic motor is used for providing driving power for the vehicle. The hydraulic pump is used for supplying hydraulic oil for driving the hydraulic motor to rotate to the hydraulic motor. The switching valve is located on a bypass channel connected with oil openings in the two ends of the hydraulic motor, and used for being communicated with or disconnected from the bypass oil channel. The controller is connected with the switching valve, and can control the switching valve according to the speed of the vehicle so that the hydraulic auxiliary driving system takes effect or fails in the running process of the vehicle. The control process mainly depends on the controller to adjust the switching valve according to the speed of the vehicle, and therefore the hydraulic auxiliary driving system can take effect or fail in the running process of the vehicle, the vehicle does not need to stop, the problem that in the prior art, a hydraulic transmission system cannot be used in the running process of the vehicle is solved, operation is easy, and time and labor are saved.
