The invention provides a heavy-duty truck and an air sac lifting and bearing back suspension rack system comprising an air sac bearing system, an air sac lifting system, a damping system, a suporting shaft and a spacing system. The air sac bearing system employs a guiding arm structure and is formed by two air sac composite air suspension racks; the air sac lifting system is formed by a grooved support, an upper rack assembly, a lower rack assembly and a lifting air sac assembly; the lower rack assembly and a vehicle frame cross beam and a grooved rack are sleeved together; the upper rack assembly and a supporting shaft fixing bearer are fixed together; an L-shaped cushion plate capable of being conveniently screwed via bolts is disposed in the grooved rack; the damping system consists of a damper, a damper upper rack assembly and a damper lower rack assembly; and the lower rack assembly is fixed between the supporting shaft and the guiding arm air sac assembly. A disc type brake supporting shaft or a drum type brake supporting shaft can be cooperated with the lifting suspension rack; the supporting shaft pipe is made from hollow circular section bar; and the supporting shaft fixed bearer welded on the shaft pipe can fix the upper rack assembly of the air sac lifting system and can also be applied to transverse push rods or V-shaped push rods assembled to a non-lifting suspension rack.
