A conducting wire lifter comprises a support, a pulley block, a steel wire rope tightener, a steel wire rope and a lifting hook. The support comprises a first supporting leg, a second supporting leg, a lifting arm and U-shaped clamps. The first supporting leg and the second supporting leg are parallel to each other, arranged at the bottom of the lifting arm in a spaced mode, and perpendicularly connected with the lifting arm. The U-shaped clamps are arranged at the bottom end of the first supporting leg and the bottom end of the second supporting leg respectively. The pulley block comprises a deflecting pulley and a lifting pulley. The deflecting pulley is arranged at the end, connected with the first supporting leg, of the lifting arm. The lifting pulley is arranged at the other end of the lifting arm. The steel wire rope tightener is arranged between the first supporting leg and the second supporting leg and close to the U-shaped clamps. One end of the steel wire rope is connected with the steel wire rope tightener, and the other end of the steel wire rope is wound around the pulley block to be connected with the lifting hook. The length of the steel wire rope can be controlled through the steel wire rope tightener. The conducting wire lifter is easy to operate and convenient to carry, reduces manpower needed in the mounting process and improves the security coefficient and construction efficiency in high-altitude operation on an electric pole.
