The invention relates to hydraulic lifting equipment for constructional engineering and an operation method. Lifting equipment for current constructional engineering mostly adopts hydraulic control or manual operation; hydraulic control is relatively high in fault rate and relatively poor in safety when a relatively heavy object is lifted; and manual operation is tedious and labor-wasting. The hydraulic lifting equipment consists of a truck body (1) which is provided with a truck body plane, wherein the middle position of the truck body plane is connected with a lower ring of a slewing mechanism (7) through a bolt; an upper ring of the slewing mechanism is connected with a supporting frame through a bolt; the supporting frame is connected with a supporting arm (3) through a connecting shaft; a telescoping boom (4) is mounted inside the supporting arm; the side surface of the supporting arm is provided with a hydraulic lock device A(9); the top of the telescoping boom is connected with a connecting frame through the connecting shaft; and the connecting frame is connected with a lifting mechanism (5) through the connecting shaft. The hydraulic lifting equipment is used for constructional engineering.
