The invention provides an active-passive combined type planet car suspension capable of being unfolded and folded. The suspension comprises a box connecting module, a lifting mechanism, a dual-four-bar mechanism and a wheel connecting module. The lifting mechanism drives a sliding lead screw to rotate through a driving motor to drive a lead screw nut to move vertically, and the lead screw nut is fixed with a guide rail sliding block to limit the other five freedom degrees except vertical rising and falling of the lead screw nut; the dual-four-bar mechanism achieves approximate vertical rising and falling of wheels on the two sides of the dual-four-bar mechanism through special connection of two sets of four-bar mechanisms, and therefore it is guaranteed that the wheel grounding pressure is transmitted in the direction vertical to the ground to ensure the consistency of the wheel pressure. According to the active-passive combined type planet car suspension capable of being unfolded and folded and a suspension system thereof, not only can active rising and falling be achieved through the lead screw nut, but also passive topography adapting can be achieved through the dual-four-bar mechanism.
