The invention discloses a rotorcraft transmission gear. The rotorcraft transmission gear comprises a plurality of paddles, a rotor head, a reduction box, a transmission mechanism, a main shaft and a shaft sleeve, wherein the rotor head is detachably connected with the end of each paddle, a first installation hole is formed in the edge of the reduction box, and a second installation hole is formed in the center of the reduction box; the transmission mechanism comprises a transmission gear set and a first gear, the first gear is arranged in the reduction box, the transmission gear set is detachably connected with the reduction box through the first installation hole, and a bevel gear is arranged in the middle of the outer wall of the transmission gear set and meshed with the first gear; the bottom of the main shaft is sleeved with the shaft sleeve, the top end of the main shaft is detachably connected with the rotor head, the bottom end of the main shaft is detachably connected with the reduction box, and the end of the shaft sleeve is detachably connected with the reduction box. According to the rotorcraft transmission gear, the first gear drives the multiple paddles to rotate through the main shaft, the shaft sleeve and the rotor head in sequence.
