The invention relates to a waterborne tool, in particular to a steel-aluminum yacht. The steel-aluminum yacht comprises a main yacht body (1) and an upper built part (2), and is characterized in that a main deck (6), a stern room (7), a cabin (8), a fuel cabin (9), an isolation cabin (10), a sewage cabin (11), a passenger cabin (12), a fresh water tank (13), a crew accommodation (14), a chain locker (15), a sail locker (16) and a bollard (17) are sequentially arranged on the main yacht body (1), a sun-shading shed (3), a sunshine deck (4) and a drive deck (5) are sequentially arranged on the upper built part (2), the main yacht body (1) and the upper built part (2) are fixedly connected through transition welding by means of aluminum-aluminum-steel composite connectors, the main yacht body (1) is made from steel materials, and the upper built part (2) is made from aluminum alloy materials. The yacht body is compact in structure and simple in overall arrangement, more space is saved, the yacht body can advance more conveniently and rapidly, and a certain advantage is achieved.
