The invention discloses a vehicle speed sensing device which is arranged on a vehicle, wherein the vehicle comprises a transmission case, a circulating wall arranged on the transmission case, a rotating shaft pivoted on the transmission case, a wheel rim arranged on the rotating shaft in a sleeving way as well as a wheel hub arranged on the wheel rim. The vehicle speed sensing device comprises a fixed measurement unit and rotating unit, wherein the fixed measurement unit comprises a sensor, a sensor mounting part arranged within a surrounding range of the surrounding wall as well as a sensing part arranged on the sensor; the sensing part offsets towards the center of the rotating shaft from the center of the sensor mounting part; the setting position of the sensing part faces a magnetic induction part arranged in the wheel hub; in addition, the sensing part can detect rotation turns of the magnetic induction part and convert the rotation turns into the vehicle speed.
