The invention discloses a superspeed bogie plate-type motor suspension device and belongs to the field of motor suspension and damping devices on bogies of rail vehicles. According to the device, two plate-type steel assembly devices are constituted by four vertical plates which can make elastic swinging along the x-longitudinal-axis in the rail advancing direction and along the vertical z-axis perpendicular to the ground respectively, a suspension motor hanging bracket and a traction motor of the suspension motor hanging bracket are utilized, therefore bumpiness and vibration energy in the advancing process of a vehicle can be effectively absorbed, stiffness of the traction motor in the direction along the y-horizontal-axis is made to be independent relatively, thereby the purpose of kinetic parameter optimization can be achieved only by adjusting stiffness of the plate-type steel assemblies in the direction along the y-horizontal-axis, and transverse stiffness decoupling and kinetic parameter optimization are achieved. In addition, the superspeed bogie plate-type motor suspension device has the advantages of being simple and practical in structure, convenient to operate, low in cost, convenient to popularize and the like.
