The invention discloses a motorist active safety protection device. The device comprises a velocity sensor, a range radar, a single-chip microcomputer, an air distributor, a high-pressure air bottle, pipelines, an air sac bin, a hat holding air sac, a safety belt air sac, a left air sac, a right air sac and shank air sacs. The velocity sensor is mounted on the inner side face of the left side of a front hood machine bin of an automobile. The range radar is mounted on a hub of a left front wheel of the automobile. The single-chip microcomputer is mounted on a driving bin control panel and connected with the velocity sensor and the air distributor. The air distributor and the high-pressure air bottle are mounted at the bottom of a driver seat. The air distributor is connected with an automobile storage battery and the single-chip microcomputer. All the air sacs are placed in the air sac bin. The hat holding air sac is mounted in a headrest of the driver seat. The safety belt air sac is mounted on the inner side of a safety belt. The left air sac and the right air sac are mounted on the left side and the right side of the seat. The shank air sacs are mounted in front of the bottom of the seat. All the air sacs are connected with the air distributor through the pipelines. The air sacs are single-layer air sacs and are made of nylon materials. The air sacs can protect the head, the body and the legs of a driver all around when burst open.
