The invention discloses a stretching and retracting device for a recreational vehicle. The stretching and retracting device comprises a vehicle chassis and a vehicle carriage, wherein a telescopic vehicle carriage horizontally moving relative to the vehicle carriage is arranged on one side of the vehicle carriage and connected with the vehicle carriage through a sliding mechanism.
