The invention relates to an ignition lock device in a charger of an electric vehicle, and provides a charging circuit self-locking device. The charging circuit self-locking device is arranged in the charger of the electric vehicle. The electric vehicle comprises a charging device, an ignition device, a first circuit of the charging device and a second circuit of the ignition device. The ignition lock device comprises a switch, a permanent magnet, an electromagnet, a tension spring and a shell. The tension spring is arranged between the shell and the switch and fixedly connected with the shell and the switch. The permanent magnet is arranged below the switch and fixedly connected with the switch. The electromagnet is arranged below the permanent magnet, and the polarity of the upper surface of the electromagnet is different from the polarity of the lower surface of the permanent magnet. The switch is connected to the interior of the first circuit in series, and the electromagnet is connected to the interior of the second circuit in series. By means of the charging circuit self-locking device, potential safety hazards are effectively reduced, and safe charging guarantees are provided.
