The invention relates to an electric vehicle air conditioner silicone rubber heating film heater comprising a shell and a plurality of silicone rubber heating sheet components arranged in the shell. The silicone rubber heating sheet components are arranged in a mutually spaced manner. Energizing leads connected to the silicone rubber heating sheet components are connected in parallel.
