The invention provides an occupied parking place supervision system. The system comprises a parking place management center, an occupied parking place management unit in communicating connection with the parking place management center, and a temporary user terminal in communicating connection with the parking place management center. The occupied parking place management unit comprises a parking management terminal, an intelligent parking place lock arranged at an occupied parking place and a detection processing module arranged at the occupied parking place. The parking place management terminal is in communicating connection with the parking place management center, the parking place management terminal is in communicating connection with the detection processing module, and the detection processing module is in communicating connection with the intelligent parking place lock and controls unlocking and locking of the intelligent parking place lock. According to the invention, reasonable reutilization of an idle occupied parking place can be realized, on one hand, social resources are effectively saved, and on the other hand, the problem of difficult parking can be effectively alleviated.
