The invention discloses an electric vehicle three-heat exchanger air conditioning system based on a heat regenerator. The system comprises a compressor, the heat regenerator, an outdoor heat exchanger, an indoor evaporator and an indoor condenser, wherein the compressor is connected with the heat regenerator; the outdoor heat exchanger and the indoor condenser are arranged between the compressor and the heat regenerator in a parallel connection manner; and the indoor evaporator is arranged between the heat regenerator and the outdoor heat exchanger in a parallel connection manner. The heat regenerator is newly added on the basis of the electric vehicle three-heat exchanger air conditioning system, so that the air sucking condition of the compressor under the working condition of low temperature is improved, the heat regeneration can be realized under a refrigerating mode or a heating mode, the refrigerating quantity and the heating quantity of the system are synchronously increased, and the defrosting and dehumidifying capacity is improved.
