The invention relates to an anti-fatigue temperature-resistant thermoplastic elastomer material for a non-pneumatic tire and a preparation method of the anti-fatigue temperature-resistant thermoplastic elastomer material. The anti-fatigue temperature-resistant thermoplastic elastomer material comprises the following ingredients by weight: 100 to 150 parts of ultra-high molecular weight hydrogenated styrene elastomer, 80 to 150 parts of mineral oil, 10 to 50 parts of polyphenyl ether, 20 to 50 parts of polypropylene, 5 to 15 parts of polyethylene, 5 to 15 parts of a polyolefin blending toughening agent, 10 to 30 parts of mineral substance powder, 3 to 8 parts of silicone powder, and 0.2 to 0.5 part of a stabilizer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: thoroughly mixing ultra-high molecular weight hydrogenated phenethylene elastomer with mineral oil to obtain a mixture I; mixing the mixture with the other materials to obtain a mixture II; placing the mixture II in a double-screw extruder; carrying out melt extrusion and pelletization to obtain the anti-fatigue temperature-resistant thermoplastic elastomer material. The anti-fatigue temperature-resistant thermoplastic elastomer material and the preparation method have the benefits that the problems of poor fatiguability and poor high-temperature resistance generated after long-term use of the conventional styrene type thermoplastic elastomer material are solved, so that thermoplastic elastomer materials can be applied to non-pneumatic tires of bicycles and the fatigue durability of the bicycle tires can be improved by 3 to 5 times.
