The invention relates to a railless type movement walking lifter. The railless type movement walking lifter comprises a base, a bearing platform, a supporting cantilever crane, a driving mechanism for driving the supporting cantilever crane to relatively unfold or fold, a table-board rotatably arranged on the bearing platform along the axis line in the vertical direction, a first locking mechanism for relatively locking the table-board and the bearing platform, rollers located at the four corners of the base, a push-pull rod located at one end of the base and a second locking mechanism for relatively locking the rollers. When rotation by a certain angle is needed, the first locking mechanism and the second locking mechanism are unlocked, the table-board is rotated, the lifter is moved, and the table-board is locked by the first locking mechanism, and the rollers are locked by the second locking mechanism after adjustment is completed. According to the railless type movement walking lifter, on one hand, through rotation of the table-board and movement adjustment of the lifter, adjustment by any angle can be carried out, and different machining requirements can be met; and on the other hand, through railless type movement adjustment of the lifter, the using convenience and the using scope are increased, the structure is simple, and the cost is low.
