The invention relates to a transferring device, in particular to an anti-slip transferring device for a forklift. The anti-slip transferring device comprises a fork base, a vertical rod, a lifting device and a fixing bock. The vertical rod is arranged at the tail end of the fork base. The fixing block is arranged at the lateral end of the vertical rod. The vertical rod is fixedly connected with the lifting device through the fixing block. A rubber layer is connected to the end face of the fork base in an adhesion mode. Protruding particles are laid on the rubber layer. By the adoption of the transferring device, goods can be prevented from slipping, the cost is reduced, and the efficiency is improved.
