The invention discloses a synchronous lifting method of a car lifting unit based on a pressure sensor. The method comprises the following steps: a, obtaining a synchronous lifting system of a car lifting machine with the following structure comprising a movable car lifting machine, in which the car lifting machine comprises a machine body and a support frame mechanism capable of moving up and down along the machine body and lifting a car body, the support frame mechanism comprises a support frame and a support head, the support head comprises two side boards, one end of the side board is connected to a support block, the synchronous lifting system also comprises a PLC system, the output end of the PLC system is connected with an alarm device, a pressure sensor used for detecting the car body is arranged in the support block, and the pressure sensor is electrically connected to the input end of the PLC system; b, moving the movable car lifting machine obtained in the step a to the lifting position of the car body to be lifted; c, pre-jacking the car body; d, synchronously lifting; and e, synchronously falling. The synchronous lifting method of the car lifting unit based on the pressure sensor has the advantages that the operation is convenient, the synchronization precision of the car lifting unit is high, and the system is high in safety and reliability.
