The invention discloses an elevator roller. The section of a metal roller skeleton is T-shaped, and adopts a hollow structure; a limiting retainer ring extending in the radial direction of a through hole is arranged on the opening edge of the through hole, at the same side with a transverse part, of a longitudinal part; a first arched ring groove is formed in the inner hole wall of the through hole; a metal shaft sleeve is arranged in the through hole; a second arched ring groove opposite to the firs arched ring groove is formed in the outer surface of the metal shaft sleeve; balls are annularly distributed in a cavity formed by the first arched ring groove and the second arched ring groove; a nonmetal outer ring coats the longitudinal part of the metal roller skeleton, and one side surface is stopped with the transverse part of the metal roller skeleton; the longitudinal part of the metal roller skeleton is coated with a metal gland; the metal gland is positioned at the other side of the nonmetal outer ring; and a metal pressure plate, the metal shaft sleeve and the metal roller skeleton are riveted through a port of the longitudinal part of the metal roller skeleton. The elevator roller solves the technical problem of reducing the production cost, and is low in production cost.
