The invention belongs to the technical field of rotor wing unmanned aerial vehicle-based scanning imaging systems, and discloses an imaging method for a rotor wing unmanned aerial vehicle-based scanning imaging system. The imaging method can be used for solving the problem that an unmanned aerial vehicle is unstable to fly, so that the image collection quality is poor in the prior art. The rotor wing unmanned aerial vehicle-based scanning imaging system comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle and a control module for controlling the flying of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and is characterized in that the unmanned aerial vehicle is connected with a scanning imaging system by a three-shaft brushless cloud platform. The imaging method comprises the steps: (1) hovering the unmanned aerial vehicle to a target region by the control module; and (2) scanning the target region by controlling the scanning imaging system to rotate by rotation of the three-shaft brushless cloud platform or scanning the target region by the self rotation of the scanning imaging system.
