The invention relates to the technical field of electric power. A self-adaptive variable frequency shore power system for converting public network into marine power comprises a transformer substation which is on the shore, wherein the transformer substation is provided with at least one booster frequency changer circuit and at least one step-down frequency changer circuit; the booster frequency changer circuit and the step-down frequency changer circuit are both provided with power input ends and power output ends; the booster frequency changer circuit and the step-down frequency changer circuit are accesses into power supplies under different voltage frequencies through the power input ends; 440-460 V/60Hz power supplies at the power output ends of the booster frequency changer circuit and the step-down frequency changer circuit are power supplies suitable for marine power; the power output end of the booster circuit or the step-down circuit is connected with a cable winding device; a cable is wound on the cable winding device; and a power output end matched with a power input end of a marine power system is arranged on the cable. According to the invention, through the adoption of the transformer substation on the shore, different power supplies on the dock and the shore are converted into marine power supplies.
