The invention relates to wartime sea wear. A lithium battery, an electrical heat generating layer, a signal lamp and a contact switch are sequentially and electrically connected, and an isolating layer, a thermal insulation layer and an electrical heat generating layer are arranged for heat preservation in a mutual assisting manner, so that officers and soldiers, falling into water, do not lose body temperature within four hours, and the time for searching and rescuing the officers and the soldiers can be prolonged.
