The invention provides a zero-allowance butt joint construction method for unit pipe frames of liquefied gas carriers. The method comprises the steps of carrying out manufacturing preparation; sequentially carrying out paper drawing, site selecting and datum line marking; carrying out reverse manufacturing of the unit pipe frames; overturning the unit pipe frames; installing fitting-out parts; hoisting the unit pipe frames; shutting the unit pipe frames. After the unit pipe frames are located on the carriers, shutting connectors of the unit pipe frames are connected. According to the method, accuracy control is carried out in the design process and in the manufacturing process, and therefore hoisting, installing and shutting can be directly carried out after units are constructed. The tedious work o hoisting, on-site correcting and reinstalling of shutting pipes can be reduced. In the manufacturing process, accuracy control is carried out, and therefore the unit pipe frames can be hoisted in one step. By implementing the zero-allowance butt joint method, the installation period of a whole liquid cargo system is greatly shortened, the workload is greatly lowered, the construction environment is greatly improved, the labor efficiency is greatly improved, and the enterprise revenue is improved.
