The invention provides a multifunctional movable heat radiating crossbeam, which can move, radiate heat and bear loads. The movable heat radiating crossbeam is arranged in an electric automobile front cabin; an electric automobile comprises a front cabin side plate, a charger, the movable heat radiating crossbeam and a plurality of large-volume parts, wherein a heat radiating device is arranged on the charger; two ends of the movable heat radiating crossbeam are provided with key slot-shaped through holes and fixedly connected with the front cabin side plate through bolts; a square through hole corresponding to the charger in position is formed in the movable heat radiating crossbeam and the square through hole is adaptive to the heat radiating device; the charger is arranged on the movable heat radiating crossbeam; and the heat radiating device is arranged in the square through hole downwards. According to the invention, the structure of the original bearing crossbeam in the electric automobile front cabin is optimized; and as the key slot-shaped through holes are additionally arranged in the two ends of the crossbeam, the position of the crossbeam can be transversely adjusted during mounting and adjusting.
