The invention belongs to the technical field of living accessories and in particular relates to a turnover mechanism of a turnover-able simple pushing vehicle. The foldable turnover mechanism comprises a frame body, wherein an opening drivepipe is arranged at the top of the frame; side plates and a rear plate are arranged on the frame; the lower part of the rear plate is connected to the frame in a hinging manner; two ends at the upper part of the frame are clamped in the opening drivepipe; the rear plate can be turned over and fixed on the frame by the opening drivepipe; a bottom plate is arranged at the lower parts of the side plates and the rear plate and on the frame; hook are arranged at the side parts of the bottom plate; the hooks are hooked at the lower parts of the side plates. The turnover mechanism disclosed by the invention is simple in structure, convenient to use, capable of achieving effort saving when a relatively heavy object is placed, and capable of turning over freely.
