The invention discloses brake devices of a high-speed train. Each brake device at least comprises a support, a wind resistance plate, a combined upper guide rail, a lower sliding rail, an anti-disengagement chain, a transmission air cylinder, an ejector rod and an emergency handle. According to the devices, air resistance produced by the wind resistance plates extending out of the two sides of an end wall of a carriage are used as deceleration braking force; resistance borne by the train which travels at high speed is mainly air resistance, the wind resistance plates can provide strong brake force, and therefore brake time and brake distance are obviously shortened. Under the condition that traditional brake devices fail, the probability that the train has an accident can be lowered. The wind resistance plate brake devices have no mechanical abrasion, and the maintenance cost is extremely low; the brake force can be conveniently adjusted by changing the windward area of the wind resistance plates. All the involved devices are matured products in the prior art, and the manufacturing cost is low; in addition, the devices are simple in structure, the number of the components is small, and therefore an existing train structure does not need to be greatly changed.
