The invention relates to an automatic control circuit for a mandatory dipped headlight during vehicle meeting and an automotive light control circuit. The automatic control circuit for the mandatory dipped headlight during vehicle meeting comprises a dipped headlight control circuit, a high beam light control circuit and a flash control circuit, wherein the dipped headlight control circuit, the high beam light control circuit and the flash control circuit are arranged between an anode (1) of a power supply and a ground (11) in parallel. The automatic control circuit for the mandatory dipped headlight during vehicle meeting is characterized by further comprising a mandatory dipped headlight control circuit to realize a mandatory dipped headlight function so as to automatically avoid incorrect use of a high beam light. In the mandatory dipped headlight control circuit, a photosensitive switch (5) and the normally closed end of a light-operated single-pole double-throw switch (6) are connected between a high beam light button (3) in the high beam light control circuit and a high beam light module of a trip computer ECU (8) in series; and after being connected with a one-way diode (7) in series, a normally open end of the light-operated single-pole double-throw switch (6) is electrically connected with a part between a dipped headlight button (2) and a dipped headlight module of the trip computer ECU (8).
