The invention discloses an anti-loose chair slide rail installing structure. The anti-loose chair slide rail installing structure comprises a chair slide rail. A front installation hole is formed in the front end of the chair slide rail. A rear installation hole is formed in the rear end of the chair slide rail. A carpet front pressing plate opposite to the front installation hole is welded to the bottom of the front end of the chair slide rail. A carpet rear pressing plate opposite to the rear installation hole is welded to the bottom of the rear end of the chair slide rail. The carpet front pressing plate, the carpet rear pressing plate and the chair slide rail are the same in width. The lengths of the carpet front pressing plate and the carpet rear pressing plate should not be smaller than the widths. Slide rail installing bolt via holes are formed in the middles of the carpet front pressing plate and the carpet rear pressing plate respectively. Downward bosses evenly and circumferentially distributed around corresponding screws are punched on the carpet front pressing plate and the carpet rear pressing plate. A carpet can be reliably pressed, no gap can be produced between the chair slide rail and a vehicle body floor even after the carpet is abraded to be thinner or corroded, and bolt looseness is avoided.
