The invention discloses a pneumatic gear shifting device. The pneumatic gear shifting device comprises a gear shifting control valve (1) and a plurality of cylinders, wherein the gear shifting control valve comprises a neutral gear area, a low speed gear area, a high speed gear area and a reversing gear area; the plurality of cylinders comprise a first cylinder (21), a second cylinder (22), a third cylinder (23) and a fourth cylinder (24); the neutral gear area is connected with the fourth cylinder (24); the first cylinder (21) and the fourth cylinder (24) are connected with corresponding gears of the low speed gear area; the second cylinder (22) and the fourth cylinder (24) are connected with corresponding gears of the high speed gear area; and the reversing gear area is connected with the third cylinder (23) and the fourth cylinder (24). According to the invention, through the adoption of a pneumatic compensation method, the cylinders are driven by pressures to apply forces to relevant motion parts of the corresponding gears during manual mechanical gear shifting operation; therefore, gears are stably shifted, a requirement on gear shifting accuracy is enhanced, the service life of the pneumatic gear shifting device is prolonged and the cost of the pneumatic gear shifting device is reduced.
