The invention provides an air heating system and a vehicle having the same, wherein the air heating system comprises an air way; the air way comprises a main air way and multiple branches channels; the multiple branch air channels are respectively communicated with an air outlet of the main air way; the air heating system further comprises an air supply temperature adjusting component arranged in the main air way and used for adjusting the air temperature and sending air to the multiple branch channels; and the air heating system further comprises a temperature adjusting device arranged in any one branch channel or respectively arranged in each branch channel. The air heating system, provided by the invention, can solve the problem of incapability of single adjustment of air heating temperature in the prior art.
