The invention relates to an aeroamphilious vehicle. The upper part of a vehicle body is made to be spherical; the lower part of the vehicle body adopts a ship body structure; a cabin is arranged at the upper part of the vehicle body; a generator set is arranged at the lower part of the vehicle body; four front and rear wheel arms are arranged at four corners in the front and back of the vehicle body; a wing wheel is arranged on each wheel arm; each wing wheel is composed of a wheel hub, blades and a wheel rim; when a ground walking mode is set, the wing wheels on the wheel arms are adjusted by operating the cabin, planes of the wing wheels are vertical to the ground, and the vehicle enters the ground walking mode; when a flying mode is started to be used, the wing wheels are adjusted, so that the planes of the wing wheels are upward, the wing wheels are started, the overall vehicle body can be lifted by virtue of a lift force produced by the wing wheels, and the aeroamphilious vehicle can fly above the ground and hover; and when the flying mode is converted into a water sailing mode, the aeroamphilious vehicle hovers in the air and then slowly descends until a ship body floats on the water, the wing wheels stop working, push rods on the wheel arms are started to pull up the wing wheels above the ship body, and swivels of the wheel arms are regulated to rotate, so that the planes of the wing wheels are backward, front and rear wing wheels rotate at high speed, the air is driven, and thus the aeroamphilious vehicle sails on the water.
