The invention discloses a road-shoulder obstacle surmounting device. When tyre pressure is too high, the contact area of a tyre and the ground is reduced, the bearing pressure of unit area is sharply increased, and the abrasion of the unit area is sharply increased, so that the risks that a brake is out of control, the tyre explodes when confronting bumps or dents on the ground, a suspension system of a vehicle is damaged, passengers ride uncomfortably, and the like are liable to occur. When the tyre pressure is too low, the contact area of the tyre and the ground is increased, and the temperature in the tyre during running is abnormal; besides, because the deformation of the tyre side is severe and the aging of internal steel wires and the aging of curtain layers are aggravated, the risk that the tyre is liable to explode is liable to occur.
