The invention provides a manufacturing process for a bicycle frame made of a carbon fiber composite, and belongs to the field of manufacturing procedures of carbon fiber composite frame bodies. The manufacturing process is designed for solving the problems that existing manufacturing procedures for the bicycle frame made of the carbon fiber composite are too many and the like. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps that all pipes of the bicycle frame are formed through the carbon fiber composite; the formed pipes are assembled into a pipe locating jig, and gluing regions are filled and coated with adhesives; sheet-like resin glue is attached to the gluing regions of the formed pipes to form a transition frame body; the transition frame body is taken out from the pipe locating jig; and the transition frame body is pressurized, heated and baked. According to the manufacturing process, the first heating and baking procedure for curing the adhesives and relevant procedures in an original manufacturing process are omitted, the transition frame body is formed by primarily bonding the pipes through the sheet-like glue, and then one-time heating and baking forming is carried out. On the premise of guaranteeing the gluing strength, the manufacturing process for the bicycle frame made of the carbon fiber composite is greatly simplified.
