The water-hydrogen power engineering van comprises a van body, a methanol hydrogen production system, a hydrogen power generation system and a genemotor, wherein the methyl alcohol hydrogen production system prepares hydrogen by methanol-steam reforming, the hydrogen passes through a membrane separation device plated with palladium-silver alloy to obtain high-purity hydrogen, the obtained hydrogen generates power by the hydrogen power generation system, and generated power energy is supplied for the genemotor to work; the methanol hydrogen production system comprises a storage container, wherein the storage container is provided with an isolation mechanism and an isolation mechanism regulation unit; the isolation mechanism divides the storage container into at least two areas; the isolation mechanism regulation unit regulates the position of the isolation mechanism in the storage container and regulates the size of each area. The methanol can be used as the energy of an automobile, energy crisis is solved, and vehicle emission is reduced or even avoided. The water-hydrogen power engineering van can be used for collecting discharged tail gas CO2 and taking the collected discharged tail gas CO2 as a raw material of subsequent working procedures, no harmful gas is discharged, and the emission of CO2 can be avoided to effectively protect environment.
