The invention discloses an intelligent parking guiding system based on TD-SCDMA technology. The system comprises a plurality of parking information issuing screens, a central control system platform, a plurality of parking information collector, a TD-SCDMA router, and a mobile TD-SCDMA wireless communication network. The system has the following beneficial effects: the system has a simple and reasonable structure; through unified management of a parking lot and parking places via the 3G mobile network, a vehicle entering a region is guided in real time; the system provides people with convenient and timely parking place information of the parking lot, so that the vehicle can drive along the nearest route in a relatively short time to find an appropriate parking place, and the number of vehicles driving around in public roads to look for parking places is reduced.
