The invention discloses a tower top frame assembly tool for a tower crane. The tool comprises a bottom frame, a backup plate, bearing bases, a positioning base I, a positioning base II and positioning bases III. The pairs of bearing bases used for fixing the top of a bearing tower and the positioning base I are fixed to the bottom frame. Containing grooves are formed in the bearing bases. A positioning hole is formed in the positioning base I and matched with a hole in a chord member on the tower top, and the positioning hole and the hole in the chord member on the tower top are connected through a pin shaft. The end, arranged on the bottom frame, of the backup plate is connected with the connecting end of the tower top, and the positioning bases III connected with a lug plate on the tower top are arranged at the four corners of the backup plate. The positioning base II is arranged at the other end of the bottom frame, and the positioning base II is provided with a positioning hole which is matched with a hole in a pulley shaft of a tower head. The tool is of an integrated type, the two ends of the tool are connected with the lug plate and the pulley shaft in a positioning manner respectively, the middle of the tool supports a whole product piece through the bearing base, and it is guaranteed that when the product piece is placed on the upper side, hole position butt joint can be achieved; and meanwhile, deformation caused by the dead weight is prevented, tower top frame assembly welding is facilitated, tower top welding cost is saved, and labor intensity is reduced.
