The invention discloses an elevator roller wheel. The section of a metal roller wheel framework is T-shaped. The metal roller wheel framework is of a hollow structure. Limiting stop rings extending in the radial direction of through holes are arranged on the opening edges of the through holes in the same side with a transverse part, on a longitudinal part. A first arc annular groove is formed in the inner hole wall of each through hole, a metal shaft sleeve is arranged in each through hole, a second arc annular groove opposite to the corresponding first arc annular groove is formed in the outer surface of each metal shaft sleeve, and rolling balls are annularly distributed in a cavity formed by each first arc annular groove and the corresponding second arc annular groove. Limiting ribs are annularly distributed on the outer surface of the longitudinal part and parallel to the longitudinal part. A non-metal outer ring is connected to the longitudinal part of the metal roller wheel framework in a sleeving mode, and the limiting ribs are embedded in the non-metal outer ring. A metal gland is connected to the longitudinal part of the metal roller wheel framework in a sleeving mode, and a metal pressing plate, the metal shaft sleeves and the metal roller wheel framework are riveted. The technical purpose that the production cost of the elevator roller wheel is reduced is achieved, and the production cost is low.
