The invention discloses an electronic chip anti-theft control system applied to a pure electric car and an anti-theft method. According to the system, the first data end of a hybrid control unit(HCU) is connected with the data end of an electronic chip anti-theft controller; the electronic chip anti-theft controller is used for receiving coding codes sent out by an ignition key internally provided with a repeater; the second data end of the HCU is connected with the data end of a car body controller; and the HCU is used for receiving the coding codes sent by the electronic chip anti-theft controller and performing a secret key algorithm on the coding codes to obtain a code secret key, and the car body controller is used for receiving the code secret key, checking whether the code secret key is consistent with a code secret key stored in the car body controller or not and sending signals to the HCU to control on-off of a battery. The electronic chip anti-theft control system and algorithm are added to improve the safety of the car, the universality rate of parts is increased, the repeater arranged in the electric car ignition key and a repeater arranged in a traditional car ignition key are universal, and thus the purchasing cost can be effectively reduced.
