The invention discloses a vehicle control apparatus and a mobile terminal. The method for using the vehicle control apparatus comprises the steps of receiving a first request that takes the purpose of controlling the vehicle or receiving the vehicle information by conducting NFC (Near Field Communication) with the mobile terminal; converting the first request to a second request that meets vehicle network communication standard and sending the second request to a relay of the vehicle network; and receiving the second request through the vehicle network and conducting the controlling corresponding to the second request by a controller.
