The invention relates to an aluminum alloy and rubber composite joint assembly which is obtained through nesting a first half joint assembly and a second half joint assembly. The first half joint assembly and the second half joint assembly are respectively composed of an inner sleeve which is made of an aluminum alloy material, an outer end cover which is made of the aluminum alloy material, and a natural rubber elastomer which is formed through injection in a chamber that is formed between the inner sleeve and the outer end cover 3 by a rubber injection machine, wherein the first half joint assembly is symmetrical with the second half joint assembly relative to the central point of the lower end surface of the inner sleeve. A further preferable solution is characterized in that a frame is embedded in the natural rubber elastomer. Compared with the prior art, the aluminum alloy and rubber composite joint assembly is advantageous in that 1, small weight, energy saving and emission reduction are realized; 2, the aluminum alloy and rubber composite joint assembly has a central symmetrical and divided structure, and furthermore simple operation in machining and easy assembling are realized; and 3, the natural rubber has an excellent vibration damping performance, and an excellent vibration damping curve is generated through the novel divided structure.
