The invention provides a tread pattern based on a bionic non-smooth structure and a high-performance passenger car radial tire. The tread pattern comprises 4 longitudinal grooves, which are 8-10 mm deep and 6-8 mm wide, wherein the side walls of the longitudinal grooves all have angles of 5-10 DEG with the radial plane of the tire; streamline-shaped pattern grooves, which are continuously formed in a circumferential direction of the tire, are formed in the side walls; the arc lengths of the wall surfaces of the streamline-shaped pattern grooves are 6 DEG/360 DEG X L in an axial direction of the tire, wherein L is outer circumference; the heights of the streamline-shaped pattern grooves are 20-30 % of the depths of the longitudinal grooves; and the maximum depths of the streamline-shaped pattern grooves are 5-10 % of the widths of the longitudinal grooves. According to the invention, fluid noises generated in the longitudinal pattern grooves of a tire tread can be reduced; the liquidity of surface gathered water in the longitudinal pattern grooves can be improved; and the road holding of the tire is increased through increasing ground contact area under the certain tire wear condition.
