The invention relates to a seaside warning board, particularly to a seaside multifunctional warning board. A life buoy is arranged at the warning board, so that a phenomenon that someone is drown and no life buoy can be found for rescue can be prevented. Warning lamps arranged at the warning board can be rotated and thus the warning effect is good. The warning board can absorb the luminous energy and convert the luminous energy into the electric energy for usage, so that the electric energy is saved. The height of the warning board can be adjusted according to different using situations. A converter, a control chip, an electromagnetic valve, and a battery are arranged inside the pedestal; a motor and a reducer are arranged inside the pedestal. A lower end of a rotating shaft is connected with the reducer; and an upper end of the rotating shaft is connected with a hydraulic cylinder. A support and the hydraulic cylinder are connected; hooks are installed on the support; and swimming rings are arranged on the hooks. A main warning board body is installed on the support and a plurality of warning lamps are distributed on the main warning board body uniformly. A lower end of a solar cell panel support is connected with the main warning board body; and an upper end of the solar cell panel support is connected with a solar cell panel.
