The invention relates to a test equipment hand-operated elevating system comprising a pedestal plate. The upper portion of the left side of the pedestal plate is provided with a decelerator. The right side of the decelerator is connected to a rotation shaft which is provided with a plurality of shaft coupling devices. The left side and the right side of the rotating shaft are respectively provided with a first guiding seat and a second guiding seat. The upper portions of the first guiding seat and the second guiding seat are respectively provided with a first support plate and a second support plate. The upper portions of the first support plate and the second support plate are both provided with a plurality of measurement rack support columns. The lower portions of the first support plate and the second support plate are respectively connected to a plurality of first pull-back springs and second pull-back springs. The lower portions of the first pull-back spring and the second pull-back springs are both connected to fixing pedestals. According to the test equipment hand-operated elevating system of the invention, hand-operated elevating control effects of test equipment can be effectively controlled; usage according to needs is convenient; usage effects are improved; usage improvement according to needs is convenient; and product usage efficiency is improved.
