The invention discloses a wear-resistant lifter sliding table. The wear-resistant lifter sliding table is characterized by comprising a stand column which is hollow column body with three square faces and is vertically arranged on the ground, a sliding table body which is a square block body and is sleeved with the stand column and is not in direct contact with the stand column; two sliding block supports which are trapezoidal and are fixed to the middles of the two sides of the sliding table body through screws, four sliding blocks which are square blocks and are arranged at the four corners of the stand column respectively, and a locking device located on the inner side of the sliding table body, wherein the sliding blocks are fixedly connected with the outer corners of the sliding block supports through screws, the contact face of each sliding block and the stand column is provided with at least one spherical groove, and a steel ball is embedded in each groove. The wear-resistant lifter sliding table is small in friction force in the ascending and descending process, and the service life of the lifter is prolonged.
