The invention discloses a rescue lifter for a narrow vertical shaft. The rescue lifter comprises a lower guide connecting rod, an adjustable cross rod, a cross rod bracket, a lifter main frame, an upper guide connecting rod and a rope fixing guide frame, wherein threaded grooves are formed in upper and lower ends of the lifter main frame; a threaded column head is arranged on the lower guide connecting rod; through holes are formed in the upper guide connecting rod and the lower guide connecting rod; the upper guide connecting rod is mounted in the threaded groove in the upper end of the lifter main frame through the threaded column head; the lower guide connecting rod is mounted in the threaded groove in the lower end of the lifter main frame through the threaded column head; the rope fixing guide frame is welded on the upper guide connecting rod; and the adjustable cross rod is mounted on the lifter main frame through the cross rod bracket. According to the rescue lifter, parts can be quickly dismounted and carried and can be timely transported to a small-caliber vertical shaft which needs rescue to carry out rescue work, and therefore, the rescue lifter can be used as standing fire rescue equipment on standby.
