The invention relates to a fire balloon apparatus, and particularly provides a solar heat collector fire balloon suspension system with a rotating shaft. The solar heat collector fire balloon suspension system comprises a fire balloon 1, a carrier 2, a tumbler 3, a rotating shaft 12, a positioning body 13, a support point 4, a solar heat collector 15 and a conduit 16, and is characterized in that the fire balloon 1 consists of an airbag 4 and a heating apparatus 5, and the solar heat collector 15 is connected to the heating apparatus 5 by virtue of the conduit 16; the tumbler 3 consists of an empty chamber 6 and a heavy block 7, and the empty chamber 6 is connected the heating apparatus 5; the positioning body 13 is installed below the heavy block 7; the rotating shaft 12 is connected to the positioning body 13 by virtue of the support point 14, and the carrier 2 is installed on the rotating shaft 12. The solar heat collector fire balloon suspension system has a function for suspending the mobile phone in the air and adjusting the mobile phone in multiple angles, so that people can utilize the mobile phone or a computer to watch a video or have a chat by virtue of multiple gestures, and the cervical spondylosis caused by looking down at the mobile phone or the computer for a long time can be prevented.
