The invention relates to a new dolphin-shaped open type tourist submarine, comprising a base frame, wherein a submarine body is arranged on the base frame in a supporting manner, the submarine body is of an open type structure, an opening is formed in the bottom of the submarine body and passengers can freely swim into the opening and swim out of the opening, a submarine navigation bridge is arranged in the front of the interior of the submarine body, and a seat is arranged at the rear of the submarine navigation bridge; a groove is formed in the top of the rear of the submarine body, diver gas bottles are installed in the groove, and propellers are respectively installed at two sides of the rear of the submarine body; a front viewing window is arranged at the front of the submarine body, and side viewing windows are arranged at two sides of the submarine body; a power system for driving the propellers to operate is arranged at the rear of the submarine body, and the new dolphin-shaped open type tourist submarine further comprises a motion control system which is integrated with the submarine navigation bridge as a whole; an air circulation system is further arranged on the submarine body. The operation is simple, and the security is high.
